International Purchaser

Your new job
In the role of International / Operational Purchaser, you will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers and conducting initial assessments of their capability, quality, reliability, and prices. You will control and optimize inventory levels to achieve the desired balance between service level and inventory holding costs. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing suppliers and developing new supplier relationships, as well as handling any supplier problems and resolving conflicts. You will also be responsible for Masterdata in business systems.
In addition to the above, your tasks will include:
- Check invoices against purchase orders to ensure payments are made correctly.
- Procurement and ordering of materials
- Work closely with production and logistics to develop imports
- Rationalize or eliminate administrative tasks
- Participate and drive change and development projects
- Support managers in logistics and system issues and contribute to business development
- Measure and follow up on KPIs and financial reporting
- Be a superuser in the Purchasing system
You will be based at Bravida's head office at Mikrofonvägen 28 in Hägersten and will report to the Chief International Purchase
We are looking for someone who:
Has education in Purchasing and Logistics. You have 2-4 years of experience in operational purchasing, preferably in an international environment. We believe you have worked in retail, distribution, and/or manufacturing industries.
To succeed in the role, you are:
Service-minded - You have high communication skills, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. You can easily navigate between the different departments and teams you interact with.
Possess high work capacity - You thrive in a growth environment, have a strong drive and high ambition. You enjoy a varied workday, where both work pace and tasks can quickly change.
Have a high IT proficiency, can easily adapt to new systems, and work in a structured manner. Good knowledge of the Office package and especially Excel.
Speak/write a Nordic language and English fluently.
If you have knowledge of the installation industry, it is a plus.
