At Forecast-based Inventory Refill, we are responsible for optimizing the daily inventory refill to our pharmacies and our E-commerce warehouse. We utilize the RELEX system to ensure that we have the right goods in the right place in the right quantity.
We are now looking for an Inventory Planner to join the team. This is how an Inventory Planner works at Heart!In the role of Inventory Planner, your overall responsibility will be to optimize the daily flow of goods from suppliers and our central warehouse to our pharmacies and our E-commerce warehouse. This means ensuring that all our units receive the right amount of goods at the right time. To achieve this, you will work on analyzing outcomes, identifying deviations, and planning for future events. You will have the support of the RELEX system and knowledgeable and committed colleagues.
These are your overall responsibilities:
- be responsible for the daily inventory refill for a number of categories and/or suppliers where availability and turnover rate are the most important KPIs
- plan inventory refill for campaigns, assortment revisions, seasons, and other events
- have daily contact with pharmacies, suppliers, and our E-commerce warehouse
- work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure an optimal replenishment process
- work deviation-based to constantly optimize our forecasts
- support other departments with analysis and insights
This is you!
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in economics or logistics or equivalent post-secondary education from a vocational college. You have at least 1-3 years of experience in inventory planning and/or forecasting, preferably in retail or the pharmacy industry. You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. We value your experience working with forecast-based inventory replenishment systems, such as RELEX. Since our corporate language is Swedish, it is important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
To succeed in this role, you need to be independent, curious, and driven. You are analytically minded while also having the ability to prioritize and see the big picture. Structure and accuracy are also qualities that describe you. In the role of Inventory Planner, you have many touchpoints within Pharmacy Heart, so it is important that you are social and assertive.

What happens next?
The position is a permanent position as an Inventory Planner and is full-time or as agreed. The position will be filled by agreement. The application deadline is 06-12-2024.
