IT Support Technician at Nordlo in Ljungby

Nordlo Vaxjo & Ljungby currently have 105 employees working at our offices in Vaxjo and Ljungby. We are now looking for a support technician to be based in Ljungby.

To succeed in your role in our support, it is required that you:

• Have a keen interest in IT
• Have the patience and joy of work to help customers with technology problems
• See technical problems as a challenge and an opportunity to grow
• Can explain both simple and complex challenges in an understandable way
• Want to develop at the same pace as technology
• Have the ambition for our customers to always have a functioning and good IT environment
• Good knowledge of IT solutions in general

For the position, you are expected to have good knowledge in:

• Office 365
• Ad and account management
• Phone support
• Hardware and client device management

It is a merit if you hold certification in any of the above.

You are driven, engaged, and enjoy structured problem solving. A professional manner and enjoying working with people and helping them in their daily work are qualities we consider essential.

You master Swedish and English in both speech and writing A driving license is required.
