Are you a solution-oriented technician with an eye for detail and a passion for supporting users? We are now looking for a driven and analytical Support and IT technician to help develop the IT environment at First Camp!
About the role:
As a Support and IT technician, you will have a key role in maintaining and developing our IT environment. You will provide technical support to our destinations and support office and also contribute to the development of our systems and IT routines. The role involves a hybrid workplace with a base in our office in Gothenburg or Stockholm and regular visits to our destinations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for users as well as guidance in our IT systems and services.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of our IT systems and technical infrastructure.
- Contribution to projects and IT-related tasks to ensure effective solutions and stable operation.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and publishing instructions for our employees.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in technical support, IT operation, and networking.
- Good knowledge of installation, configuration, IT applications, and IT equipment.
- Experience in participating in IT projects and close collaboration with vendors.
- Technical knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
- Ability to work independently and analytically with a focus on problem-solving.
- A driving license
To thrive in the role, you should be meticulous, analytical, and have a strong ability to work methodically. You are solution-oriented and communicate technical issues clearly to users and within the team. You enjoy collaborating and are flexible in handling new technical challenges. You speak Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish and have proficiency in English both spoken and written.
