IT Technician Position at Iver

About the RoleIn the role of IT technician, you will work in our SMB department, which focuses on delivering IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. You will have a key role where you will be responsible for your customers and build strong, long-term relationships. By working closely with them, you will create tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and deployment of Windows Server and Microsoft services, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance of server environments, systems, and applications. You will perform upgrades of servers and clients, both remote and in close collaboration with customers to optimize their IT environment. Additionally, you will migrate services, for example from on-premises to Microsoft 365, requiring a deep understanding of the customer's business processes.

You will receive requests from our service desk and provide the team with the expertise and documentation needed to ensure quick and effective solutions. In your customer meetings, you will play a crucial role in planning maintenance and implementing improvements, actively contributing to the customer's development and streamlining of their IT environment.

You are involving and engaged in your work, and you have the ability to work both in a team and independently. Iver is a Gold Partner to Microsoft, and it is a merit if you have knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365/Azure, and firewalls.

You have experience in at least several of the following areas:

• Solving complex user problems with in-depth troubleshooting
• Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows server environments
• Windows Server with associated services, virtualization, storage, and backup
• Microsoft 365, Office/exchange, Intune/Autopilot, and Azure
• Cloud solutions and migration, communication, and combinations of cloud solutions
• Security (patching & MFA)
• Network knowledge (firewalls)
• Communication, monitoring, antivirus, and security solutions

• RDS and Citrix

Location:

Iver has 25 locations in Sweden & Norway. For this role, we see that you will be based at one of our offices in Solna.
