IT Technician

Now we are looking for a passionate IT Technician to help us reach new heights.
About the role:As an IT Technician, you will be the heart of the IT: s operations. You will be the first point of contact for our employees when technology is acting up. With your calmness and expertise, you will solve problems and provide support that makes a difference. You will also educate and guide colleagues on how to best use our IT tools, allowing them to focus on their tasks without technical obstacles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal IT issues
- Develop and conduct training to improve IT skills within the organization
- Create and maintain documentation and user manuals in our knowledge base
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Ongoing hardware purchases and deployment
- Sharepoint and Intune administration
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant education in IT or equivalent work experience
- Experience in providing technical support and training
- Good knowledge of common IT systems and software
- Ability to communicate IT in a simple and understandable way
- Problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude

Other:The position is full-time. The position is located at our headquarters in Segeltorp and there is the possibility to work remotely up to two days a week.
