- Degree in logistics or related field or equivalent professional experience- Extensive experience in logistics and distribution, with documented competence in process optimization, cost management, and maintaining high quality standards- Strong analytical skills and experience leading global projects- Documented success in leading and managing teams- Good experience with ERP systems- Advanced computer skills and ability to work comfortably with logistics and supply chain management tools- Swedish and English in speech and writing

Desirable- Experience with the ERP system Jeeves
