About the positionThe department's main focus is to deliver and coordinate all material deliveries such as tools, instruments, and spare parts for all gas turbine inspections, modifications, and major repairs worldwide. The work is varied as a Logistics Project Manager works with both long-term and short-term planned deliveries. Your collaboration partners will be many, both internally, externally, and globally. As a Logistics Project Manager, you are an important part of a project team where you have a reporting, planning, and coordinating role for the delivery of parts and repairs. The primary focus of the office is business acumen, flexibility, openness, and foresight.
Your main tasks- Logistics sub-project manager responsible for all material supply regarding material deliveries, delivery of tools and instruments for standard inspections or modifications and major repairs, and delivery monitoring.
- Act as a sub-project manager with the service workshop for workshop work.
- Responsible for deliveries and financial follow-up and reporting to project manager.
- Responsible for ongoing dialogue with local companies and customers to ensure high delivery security within the given area of responsibility.
- Responsible for delivery kickoff and coordination with procurement, workshop, warehouse, packing, and shipping.
- Work with continuous improvements and represent delivery coordination in one or more interface forums.
- You have likely worked a few years in logistics or have an education in logistics.
- Your planning abilities and structured characteristics are distinguishing for you.
- You have an interest in improving customer relations and enjoy having a coordinating role towards many interfaces.
- Being a team player and having an easy time working within and across department boundaries, together with different professions, is a given in this work.
- Merits with knowledge in SAP.
- Requirements include good knowledge in Swedish and English.
