About Us
Vuxenpsykiatri east operates for the municipalities in Karlskrona and Ronneby with a catchment area of approximately 95,000 inhabitants. In addition to intermediate care and adult psychiatric clinics in Karlskrona and Ronneby, the clinic also includes a 24-hour care department located at the hospital in Karlskrona. The operations are based on an interdisciplinary foundation.
In intermediate care, physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, counselors, and caregivers work. Also linked to us are psychologists and medical secretaries. Intermediate care is an alternative to 24-hour care and should be able to prevent 24-hour care and provide support for discharge. Several different group activities are conducted in intermediate care, including DBT, MBT, diagnostic groups, and psychosis groups. The work is done in teams, and professional knowledge is of great importance. The current nursing position is in intermediate care in Karlskrona, but as a nurse, you have assignments throughout outpatient care.

Job Description
Working as a nurse in psychiatric outpatient care is a varied and exciting job. The core of our business is the patient encounter. As a psychiatric nurse/nurse with us, you are part of one of our teams. Your duties include medication follow-ups and collaboration with other care providers, facilities, and authorities. Health discussions focusing on improved quality of life and function. Medication follow-up and medication distribution in our drop-in services.
Treatment work in the form of individual consultations, family consultations, and networking.
You are interested in developing Adult Psychiatry in Blekinge, providing good care, and working for high accessibility and good care for patients and relatives.
About You

We are looking for someone who has
- Nursing degree. Psychiatric nursing merit but not required.
- The desire to work on developing work in psychiatric care
- Good teamwork skills and can create good relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Driver's license.
- Personal suitability is of great importance.
