Arbetsuppgifter

- Provide quality care to patients at home, working independently and with a health care team

- Assess, plan, execute, and follow up on health care interventions

- Guide and support other professionals to help them grow in their roles

- Interact with patients, relatives, colleagues, and external partners

- Shape person-centered care tailored to each patient's unique needs

- Work continuously to improve care quality and meet changing needs

Kvalifikationer

- Legally certified nurse with or soon to be licensed

- Previous nursing experience is a plus

- Strong subject knowledge and desire to stay updated in the field

- Pedagogical, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively

- Excellent communication skills in Swedish (Finnish, Sami, and sign language are advantageous)

- Must have a B driver's license
