- Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy towards set goals- Coach and motivate employees to increase sales- Efficiently manage the pharmacy and stay informed about the changing market situation- Budget and personnel responsibilities- Oversee workplace environment and quality work

The pharmacy hours are: weekdays from 10:00-19:00, Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00-17:00.

- Licensed pharmacist or prescriptionist- Preferably with previous pharmacy or related industry experience- Experience in a leadership role is advantageous- Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus

- Creative with a strong desire to develop the pharmacy- Enjoys providing advice on prescriptions and self-care- Customer service oriented- Meticulous, responsible, and results-driven- Flexible with the ability to focus on important tasks
