About Us

Capio Primary Care Center in Ängelholm is a cozy, family-friendly, and well-functioning healthcare facility with quality and patient care at its core. The center is located in central Ängelholm, in a historically preserved building, serving a diverse group of patients, currently approximately 10,050. Easily accessible by public transport or car.

At our center, we prioritize a good work environment and safe healthcare. We have a strong sense of unity, with a complete team of around 34 dedicated and competent colleagues. Our team includes general specialists, resident physicians, nurses/district nurses, child health nurses, midwives, diabetes and asthma/COPD nurses, counselors, rehab coordinators, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, medical secretaries, receptionists, dietitians, and service personnel. We also have a well-functioning family center in collaboration with Ängelholm municipality.

Capio operates as a decentralized organization, where each unit is managed locally by a unit manager and a medical director. This structure allows decisions to be made close to the operation, giving employees a real opportunity to influence the unit's development. We are currently seeking a resident physician who wants to develop with us, mentored by our senior specialists in general medicine, pulmonology, and internal medicine. You will have the opportunity to interact with other resident physicians already in our team.

About You

You are a licensed physician or specialist with the eligibility to begin residency training in general medicine within Region Skåne. You have a genuine interest in the breadth and diversity of general medicine and want to work with us to provide high-quality care.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, with a positive approach to work and the ability to see the organization from a holistic perspective. You willingly engage and strive for quality in your work. Patient care is your priority, demonstrating a professional and humble attitude towards patients and colleagues. Maintaining a good working atmosphere and collaboration is a shared goal.

Personal suitability will be heavily considered.

For permanent positions, a six-month probationary period is applied.
