Sales Executive at BHS Logistics – office in Malmö

As an important part of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding both our and your own customer portfolio in Sweden. Your role involves identifying new customers, initiating contact, providing quotes, negotiating contracts, and then ensuring that the relationship with our customers remains strong and long-lasting.

As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Be a part of the sales team for BHS Logistics sales in Sweden and contribute to the entire Swedish market, reporting directly to our Sales Manager for BHS Logistics.
- Work independently and goal-oriented with sales of sustainable solutions and building long-term customer relationships.
- Participate in meetings with customers and stakeholders to stay updated on the market and build trusting relationships.
- Be the focal point for exciting sales activities, including responsibility for contracts and negotiations, etc.
- Collaborate with our other salespeople and Sales Director to achieve our ambitious sales goals for Sweden.
- Be responsible for ensuring pipeline, SOP, implementation plan, and kickoff meeting are in place for new customers.
- Participate in sales meetings with management and our other salespeople from the group.
About you:
- You have experience in transportation and sales – primarily in road transport but also with knowledge of Sea and Air.
- You work in a structured manner, set high goals, and are driven to achieve them. It is beneficial if you can demonstrate good results from previous roles.
- You have in-depth insight into the transport industry and can quickly make a targeted effort.
- You are outgoing in interactions with other people and have the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
