Team Manager Role at Ceva Logistics with Libera
Mission
We at Libera are looking for our client Ceva Logistics for a Team Manager for their logistics center in Brunna. You will work the evening shift and weekend shifts may also be required according to the schedule depending on the department. You will report to the Shift Manager.
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a department within logistics where you lead and allocate work to ensure the daily operations run smoothly. You collaborate continuously with other Team Managers and plan daily and weekly operations. As a Team Manager, you work with the department's Shift Manager to lead the team towards the department's goals based on the company's policies and strategies.
In addition, this role includes the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily communication and information to employees
- Coaching employees to achieve goals and development plans, including through regular feedback meetings
- Work environment responsibility for reporting incidents and informing about accidents, incidents, and work-related injuries, as well as reporting events and serious risks and deviations to the Shift Manager and other responsible parties
- Responsible for delivery quality and results related to key performance indicators of the department
- Convey the company's strategies and break them down into individual goals
- Work closely with your employees and support them in their daily work
- The position also involves participating in leading improvement work in efficiency and development in the department

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of leadership experience and possesses very good leadership skills, having this experience within logistics is highly desirable. You have good communication skills and are skilled at inspiring and motivating your employees. You have high integrity in your professional role and flexibility in handling the issues that may arise. Workloads may vary from day to day, requiring a good ability to adapt pace and manage stress.
We see that you have at least a high school education, good IT skills, and are comfortable using Excel as a daily tool. You need to communicate well in both Swedish and English, with additional language skills being a plus.
