As a Warehouse and E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our e-commerce warehouse and ensuring customer-focused efficient operations with a focus on satisfied customers, productivity, and business development.

You are responsible for leading and designing the overall operational strategy and management, including collaboration with our operations partner.

The role involves leading activities to ensure customer-focused efficient operations and continuously developing and improving e-Apoteket's warehouse processes to achieve our business goals.

As a key person in our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our e-commerce business area delivers top results. You are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent delivery accuracy, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise in logistics and leadership will be crucial in driving our business forward and meeting our business goals.

Your main areas of work

• Main responsibility for Apoteket's E-commerce warehouse
• Overall responsible for employees at e-Apoteket
• Responsible for leading and developing e-Apoteket's strategies and ensuring efficient implementation of these
• Leading the development and implementation of e-Apoteket's LEAN management system
• Representing and safeguarding e-Apoteket's interests in cross-functional collaborations
• Developing, implementing, and optimizing work processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality within e-Apoteket
• Documenting and standardizing work methods to ensure consistency and compliance
• Overall coordination and budget responsibility for all operational personnel

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who has previously been responsible for a warehouse and logistics facility and has several years of experience in leading in this area. You are adaptable and can switch between operational and strategic work. You are used to collaborating with other leaders and specialists to achieve common goals.

It is essential that you have a strong structure in your work due to the broad nature of the role. We also see that you have good communication skills.

In addition to this, we want you to have

• Educational background in logistics or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in being responsible for a warehouse and logistics facility before
• Experience in leading the implementation and development of a LEAN management system in a warehouse or production environment
• Experience in leading a business where internal and external cross-functional collaborations have been a key component to succeed in development work
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and experience working with key performance indicators
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and safety procedures
• Experience in budget responsibility and cost control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner with a focus on solutions
