WorkForce Manager Customer Service
We are looking for a WorkForce Manager who wants to drive the development of our staffing strategies and optimize resource utilization within our customer service. As WorkForce Manager with us you will...
- Lead and participate in projects to optimize staffing and ensure that our processes and systems support Kronans Apotek's long-term goals
- Annual and monthly follow-up and analysis of staffing planning
- Be responsible for scheduling the customer service staff together with Team managers in customer service and our pharmacy managers
- Ensure that customer service maintains ongoing contact with our pharmacies and find a way forward when we have shared staff in resource planning issues
- Monitor and analyze staffing efforts to ensure data-driven decisions and continuous improvements
- Ensure high team engagement and a good working environment where employees thrive and develop
- Be responsible for our scheduling system and its integrations to optimize scheduling and resource utilization
- Collaborate closely with HR, payroll, and finance to ensure efficient handling of staffing issues and work processes
We offer a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. Our office is located in Stadshagen with the possibility of hybrid work or work from another location. You will belong to our customer service organization.
We are looking for you with an academic background in economics, logistics or equivalent, or experience from leadership roles in sales or retail. You have experience in resource and process optimization, preferably within the pharmacy industry, and a good ability to lead with structure and planning, even remotely. Strong communication skills and good Excel knowledge are important qualities for the role. You are results-oriented and have a clear goal focus.
As a person, you are open to change, persevering, and have a talent for building good relationships. Your structure and planning skills contribute to effectively driving processes forward.
