We are looking for a competent and dedicated nurse with experience in municipal primary care.As an employee in Öckerö Municipality's municipal primary care, you will feel welcome! Our work is characterized by a warm and friendly atmosphere, where we are generous with both our skills and our time towards each other. The work is varied, as in addition to regular municipal primary care, we also provide palliative care and advanced home care within the framework of municipal primary care. We are responsible for approximately 300 patients on our 10 islands, residing in special housing and regular housing.
RESPONSIBILITIESIn addition to healthcare tasks, responsibilities include advice and guidance to staff, delegations, prescriptions, contact with relatives, and a general responsibility, together with relevant parties, to develop care and support for individuals in municipal primary care. We document in the Life Care journal system, work with digital drug signing, and have the ability to document our interventions on a mobile basis. We are developing our work with digital meetings and evaluations to facilitate our work. We are also part of Collaborative Healthcare, where we respond to IVPA (waiting for an ambulance), 1177 missions, and assistance missions. Ongoing training is provided for these missions.We are looking for someone who is positive, committed, and promotes a good work environment. Much of the care provided in municipal primary care is done in collaboration with colleagues, other professionals, and other agencies. It is important to have a good overall view and be comfortable working both independently and in a team. Personal suitability will be given great importance, such as the ability to plan and coordinate, have good teamwork skills, independence, and flexibility. Some evening and weekend duty is required.
- Registered Nurse with experience in municipal primary care is preferred.
- A driver's license is required.
