We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable support technician in client management to strengthen our client's team. The client is involved in a wide range of projects to develop their digital infrastructure. In this role, you will provide qualified 2nd line support in computer hardware, peripherals, Windows 10/11, iOS, and Office 365.
Responsibilities:
Handle support cases in the client's case management system, both incidents and orders
Provide qualified support to employees via phone, email, and remote administration tools for Windows 10/11, iOS, Office 365, and workplace equipment
Support computers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to computers, mobile devices, and applications
Ensure documentation is continuously updated and of high quality
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years of documented experience in 2nd or 3rd line support for Windows 10/11, iOS, and Office 365
Has documented experience in support work with computer hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals
Is service-oriented, has high social competence, and the ability to collaborate well in a team
Is accustomed to handling cases and questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner
