IT HR Support Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated IT HR Support Specialist, providing technical expertise and hands-on support for HR systems and technology platforms.

Location: Stockholm, min 2 days/week at the office
As an IT HR Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HR technologies, primarily Oracle HCM. Your role will involve collaborating with IT, HR, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operation, data integrity, and user satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist with system upgrades, testing, and user training, helping IT HR team leverage technology for maximum efficiency.
Important Note: As our internal knowledge of Oracle HCM is currently limited, we expect this individual to possess not only strong technical expertise but also exceptional communication skills. A key aspect of this role will involve knowledge transfer, sharing best practices, and guiding the team and business in maximizing Oracle's capabilities. This will be a critical factor in the selection process.
What you will do:Provide technical support for HR systems, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by HR team members and end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across all HR systems.
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and testing of new system features, upgrades, and patches.
Conduct user training sessions for new functionality and develop support materials, including manuals and troubleshooting guides.
Train IT HR team members on system-specific topics and best practices.
Monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and proactively recommend solutions or improvements.
Ensure data integrity and security by conducting regular audits, managing user permissions, and adhering to compliance protocols.
Work with external vendors and service providers to manage system updates and resolve technical issues.
Proven experience in HR systems administration, preferably with Oracle Fusion HCM.
A strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Familiarity with data security, compliance, and audit practices in HR systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with system implementation, testing, and user training (preferred).
