Tech support role in an internal helpdesk for a large international company. Responsibilities include:
- Resolving incoming issues via chat, email, and phone
- On-site user support
- Collaboration with 2nd line support
- Potential travel within Nordic region
Start Date:
1 technician in March 2025
2 technicians in June 2025
Tasks
- Technical support for Windows, Office, and Microsoft 365
- End user device troubleshooting
- Case management
- User assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Documentation of solutions and guides
- Collaboration and escalation when necessary
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- 1+ year IT support experience
- Windows and Office proficiency
- Case management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
