IT Support Technician

Our client is currently looking for an IT Support Technician.

Our client is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Technician to support users and ensure smooth operation of their IT systems.

About the role:

• Handle incoming requests and assist users directly in the Service Hub.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technical equipment.
• Provide support such as installations, maintenance, password resets, and assistance with M365 and other applications.
• Responsible for network components and management of Wifi access points for smooth network solutions.

Qualifications:

• Technical competence in hardware, software, applications, and networks.
• Good communication skills and service orientation.
• Experience in technical support is advantageous.
