Support Technician for our Service Desk

About your Role
As a support technician at Nordlo, you will interact with our customers on a daily basis via phone, email, or in-person at the customer's location, helping them move forward in their digital lives. In your role, you are part of a larger delivery team that together supports the customer in IT-related matters.
This position is suitable for someone who is social, outgoing, has basic experience in IT, and an interest in digitalization. Understanding the customer's situation and request is of great importance. As an employee in our Service Desk, you will provide our customers with a pleasant experience, conduct troubleshooting over the phone, resolve incoming issues, and deploy computers and peripherals to our customers and their users. For those who are focused and willing to go the extra mile, there are great development opportunities in the organization. Location: Karlshamn and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who:
- A problem solver with good communication skills
- Responsible, structured, engaged, and responsive
- Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- A team player motivated to work with a customer-centric team
- Enjoys working with frequent customer interaction
- Has knowledge and previous experience in support including Microsoft 365, Windows, and a general interest in computers and technology
- A strong interest in IT and curiosity that drives you to learn more
- Previous experience in IT support is advantageous
- A valid driver's license is required
