IT Support Technician - Södertälje
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented support technician for our Client, where you will be responsible for exchanging client computers. The assignment involves administrative responsibility, communication with users, and technical preparation of new devices. The work takes place on-site with the Client in Södertälje, with working hours between 08:00 and 16:45 on weekdays, but there may also be work in the evenings, weekends, or early mornings.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a strong sense of service and customer service, both towards users and colleagues. You should have good communication skills in both speech and writing, and you should feel comfortable taking responsibility for your tasks. You also need to be flexible and have the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and changing work environment.
