Pharmacy Specialist

As a pharmacy specialist, you will have an important role where you provide support in regulatory and pharmaceutical matters and can guide your colleagues in pharmaceutical dilemmas. Together with other pharmacy specialists, you will work to improve the customer experience at the pharmacy and thereby contribute to high quality and credibility at our pharmacies.
Pharmacy Specialist at the PharmacyAs a pharmacy specialist, you will belong to the Pharmacy's Department of Quality, Pharmacy, and Sustainability, where you work approximately two days a week in your specialist role. The remaining 60% of your working hours will be spent at one of our pharmacies.
In the team of pharmacy specialists, we are pharmacists spread across the country. We have different areas of responsibility but share tasks. For example, creating content for weekly competence-building newsletters, developing our e-learning courses, and MOD (advisory support in customer meetings). The role offers great variation in tasks and constantly new challenges.
Your main areas of work- Answering questions about medications and self-care from colleagues
- Keeping up to date on medication news and disseminating relevant information to pharmacies
- Organizing pharmacy seminars - digital seminars held once per semester where we delve into specific therapy areas
- Supporting pharmacy leaders in developing customer interactions and driving sales in the prescription channel
- Providing support to pharmacists in the use of EES (Electronic Expert Support)
- Reviewing communication and texts to ensure correct messages in pharmacy and self-care
We are looking for someone with a pharmacy degree and some years of experience working as a pharmacist in a pharmacy. You should be employed as a pharmacist, or want to be employed, at one of our pharmacies. If you are applying externally, there may be positions at some of our pharmacies in the Stockholm area and surrounding regions.
In addition, we want you to have- The ability to work in a structured and methodical manner with varying tasks
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, that you can adapt to different recipients
- A flexible attitude and the ability to quickly adapt when needed
- An innovative and proactive approach to developing, for example, customer interactions
It is advantageous if you have good knowledge of the Office package and an interest or competence in animal medicines.
