On behalf of our client, we are looking for a social IT technician with a strong customer focus and experience in long-term support assignments in central Stockholm.
Your profile:
Working as a support technician for our client involves resolving various IT issues through incoming phone calls, onsite visits, or using our incident management system, PureService.
They also handle more complex cases like 2nd line support.
The team currently consists of 4 coworkers working together to create a dynamic atmosphere with a focus on quality, joy at work, and development.
We value personal attributes greatly. We are looking for someone who is humble, innovative, has excellent collaboration skills, is technically proficient with previous experience in servicedesk operations, and can handle both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
1 to 2 years of experience in technical support.
- Technical support in Windows environment
- Supporting end-users via phone and incident management system
- Onsite support
- User, mailbox, and device administration in Active Directory
- Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Intune
- Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, iOS, OneDrive for Business sync
- Basic troubleshooting of network/Wi-Fi, laptop hardware, and printers
- Experience with incident management systems, remote control tools, application installations, documentation
- Additional knowledge in Sharepoint Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, finance, accounting, and invoicing systems, telephone services and switchboards, Canon Uniflow printer management, support for telephone services, advanced iOS troubleshooting, off and onboarding processes, major incident handling, communication, Generative AI (GPT)
