Incident management: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues directly in Service Hub and through other incident management systems.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computers, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment.
Technical support: Assist users with installations, password resets, and questions about M365 and other applications.
Network work: Manage and maintain network components such as Wifi access points.
We are looking for someone who:
Solid technical expertise in hardware, software, applications, and networks.
Strong communication skills and a distinct service mindset.
Experience in technical support.
Strong language skills in Swedish and English.
