IT Technician for Collaboration Platforms

Job Description

As an IT technician in the Workflow & Collaboration Platforms technology area, you are responsible for developing and maintaining our SharePoint platform according to the business needs.

You act as third-line support in an operational team where you, together with colleagues, are responsible for troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical issues in the systems and applications we are responsible for.

The work is varied and includes, but is not limited to:

• Monitoring and incident management
• Troubleshooting/incident management
• Monitoring and follow-up of cases
• Ongoing feedback to users and customers
• Patching
• Documenting and sharing information within the team
• Implementing changes in the IT environment

As part of the Collaboration Platforms, you work closely in a team with system technicians, system specialists, and architects. We work with case management and maintenance activities based on an agile approach with clear goals on requirements and deliverables.

Trafikverket has one of Sweden's largest SharePoint platforms, so if you are interested in large system environments, there are plenty of areas for you to explore. Within the team, we exchange experiences and skills to grow both as a team and as individuals, and based on your interests and personality, there are great opportunities for you to develop within IT.

You will be part of a team based at the head office in Borlänge - a newly built and activity-based workplace where we meet each other with respect and care in an open and innovative culture. Based on your experience and skills, you will receive an introduction, internal training, and an experienced mentor. On-call duty is included in the position.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A completed high school education in IT or technology
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Current experience working on similar tasks in a larger organization
• Current experience working with SharePoint OnPrem

It is meritorious if you have:

• Current programming experience
• Current experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server
• Experience in IT application support
• Current experience working with Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Server
• Experience in IT operations and incident management
• Practical experience working in PowerShell
