SEB Tech Programme: IT Technician

As an IT technician within Mainframe Transactions at SEB in Stockholm, you will learn new things every day and develop in an exciting and important area within the bank. We are curious and like to try new things to stay at the forefront of technology, while with great commitment take responsibility for ensuring SEB's business-critical platforms are operational.
Parallel to the role as IT technician, you also participate in our talent program SEB Tech Programme, providing you with a broad insight into a large and complex, international organization through deepened learning and networking. In other words, you get a unique opportunity to develop within IT in a modern organization with a high pace of change!
Your future role and your team
You will be part of a specialist team working with IBM's technical solutions IMS and MQ for z/OS. Together in the team, you are responsible for daily operations and development of the technical solutions with a great focus on availability, stability, and security.
You will work closely with competent colleagues and have the opportunity to learn everything within the area from us. A large part of the work is to dare to break new ground and improve our work. The forward focus is on IT security and how we can use AI. There are therefore great opportunities for you to be involved in shaping our future.

Your qualifications
If you have a passion for IT and are curious about SEB, SEB Tech Programme gives you a flying start in your development and career! As a person, you like technology and have a great interest in learning new things. You are a team player and see the value of working in an agile team where knowledge sharing is a success factor.
- Have an academic degree in IT or technology or a 2-year vocational degree in a relevant area
- Will graduate before the program's start or have graduated within the last two years
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing
- You have basic knowledge in IT infrastructure
- It is a merit to have work experience in IT or technology or banking or insurance
