The Workplace Client Platforms unit is looking for a social and driven team member for the Platform team.
You will be part of an amazing team in Sundsvall that handles client platforms, IT workplaces for the Social Insurance Agency, and affiliated authorities.
Operation and Maintenance of Client Platforms
- You and the team are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the various client platforms that the unit delivers
- You will work on troubleshooting various IT systems with colleagues/suppliers who speak both Swedish and English
- You will have discussions and coordination with internal clients (SDM) and affiliated authorities
- You will participate in improvement work within the team
- You will work as the unit's representative in various projects and activities.
The position involves handling confidential information, which requires careful handling. Therefore, it is important that you, as an employee with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Has worked in a larger Windows environment/IT workplace with MECM (SCCM), knowledge of script programming-Powershell, troubleshooting experience, error correction, and user support in a Windows environment
- Takes initiative and responsibility to achieve good results
- Effectively collaborates with others to achieve common goals
- Has good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Has a systematic and thorough work approach
- Can understand and analyze complex issues
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is beneficial if you have experience:
- Working with automation tools, such as Ansible
- Managing activities
- Working with Linux and/or Mac in a corporate environment.
