Technical Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Communication Platforms, and Incident Management
As an IT Technician with us, you will play a crucial role in the team responsible for the operation, management, and support of the Social Insurance Agency's communication platforms within the Collaboration area.
You will work with systems and solutions that enable customer interactions via telephony, digital meetings, chat, and email. Your main tasks include managing operations and maintenance, participating in configuration and management, and ensuring that our communication tools work optimally. You will work on resolving incidents and problems that occur in daily operations, participate in change management and quality assurance, and contribute to maintaining and improving the performance and availability of the platforms.
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, has a good technical understanding, and enjoys working in a varied and dynamic environment. The work involves close collaboration with other technicians and business managers to ensure that our services meet the business requirements and expectations. Good communication skills are essential as you will have many contact points both internally and externally.
You will also participate in project work, where you will contribute to ensuring that our technical solutions are integrated and maintained efficiently. Your contribution is crucial for us to offer stable and reliable communication services to our customers.
The job also involves planning and carrying out technical maintenance and upgrades, sometimes outside regular working hours, which requires a flexible approach and good planning ability. The tasks may also involve occasional on-call duty.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed upper secondary education or equivalent qualifications
- Has technical knowledge and experience in solutions for contact centers, dialogue management, telephony, digital meetings, chat, email
- Has technical knowledge and experience working with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Has technical knowledge and experience in development with script-based languages
- Has the ability to capture and understand business needs
- Acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- Efficiently collaborates with others to achieve common goals
- Has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Has a systematic and thorough approach to work
- Can understand and analyze complex issues
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
It is advantageous if you:
- Have a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
- Have experience working with operations and operation-related processes based on ITIL
- Have a good understanding of infrastructure architecture
- Have a good understanding of basic infrastructure services such as certificate management, communication, firewalls, DNS, etc.
- Have good practical experience and script skills in Powershell and/or Javascript
- Have technical knowledge and experience working with certificate management
- Have technical knowledge and experience working with Skype for Business
- Have technical knowledge and experience with Teams and/or Zoom
- Have technical knowledge and experience with SCOM for configuration and alarm management
- Have technical knowledge and experience with Anywhere365
- Have technical knowledge and experience with Competella Communication Suite
- Have technical knowledge and experience with Linux
- Have technical knowledge and experience with Grafana
