Job Description
Handle customer inquiries primarily via phone, email, and chat on a daily basis.
Work on unique customer events, requiring you to adapt to varying speeds.
Provide outstanding service to customers in a professional manner.
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to handle tough situations when needed.
Strong administrative skills are crucial for documenting customer cases.
Require high school and/or post-secondary education in IT.
Experience with Active Directory, Basic Networking (DHCP/DNS, IP/TCP), ServiceNow, and troubleshooting are highly desirable.
Experience with Windows is essential, and experience with Linux is a plus.
