Operating in several European countries, we offer payment systems, car care equipment, customized electrical cabinets, and sheet metal processing as a subcontractor to machine builders.
About the Position:
In the role of a service/support technician, you are the face of Sterners. Therefore, we emphasize good IT skills and social abilities.
The position involves supporting Sterners' customers primarily with our payment systems.
We assist customers through troubleshooting and sales of spare parts.
The majority of issues are resolved remotely with customers, but service trips may be required.
