About the Assignment and Your Background

In this role as a support technician, your focus will be on audio and video, and you will work onsite with our customer in Järfälla.

Your mission is to ensure an efficient and stable audio and video system at our customer's sites in the Stockholm area. This includes travel for support at other sites in Sweden. Your main tasks are:

To be considered for this role, a B driver's license is required. You will also need to undergo a background check with a security assessment before starting the assignment.

To be eligible, you have worked in a similar role for several years. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English (both spoken and written). Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have experience working in a large corporation with complex AV environments.

You have a strong interest in technology and want to contribute to facilitating for your colleagues in the business. You enjoy supporting and working in an environment where conditions are constantly changing, and therefore may need to be prioritized based on the users' needs. You are customer-oriented, business-minded, and proactive in identifying potential challenges before they arise.

You are used to working independently while being a good team player and are happy to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you have the ability to drive your processes forward and are happy to come up with suggestions for improvement and process improvements. Good communication skills and responsiveness are advantageous in relation to end-users.
